Sometimes you get an email that you have to read,再读一遍，然后大声呼喊。I couldn't believe my luck when I received an email to let me know I'd been chosen to be part of a blogger swap with Malaysia Airlines,在吉隆坡和一位马来西亚博主共度周末。我和伊芙琳从Missy Blurkit.We spent a day together in London a few weeks ago where as well as taking her to a Project Awesome session,we took in the main tourist sights- Changing of the Guard,Big Ben,the London Eye,自治市市场塔桥，and Afternoon Tea.
这个周末我去了吉隆坡，我有很多东西要和你分享。这不是我第一次来这个城市，but I haven't been for 5 years during my gap year- a lot has changed,including me!!
One of the things I was really keen to experience was a workout class whilst in KL,马来西亚航空公司的团队全力以赴。伊芙琳和我和可爱的金妮在一个私人班级Vision Pilatesin Petaling Jaya.(Petaling Jaya,also known as PJ is the city next to KL,and easy to get to by train or 20min taxi).
由于时差原因，在3小时的睡眠后，我知道运动课正是我唤醒自己所需要的——早餐还需要一些咖啡。We arrived at the studio whilst a yoga class,私人普拉提课也在上课。The machines were slightly different to the ones I'd used in London,and really did look a little like torture devices!!
We began with a bit of warm up standing on the floor before moving on to the machines.作为跑步者，伊夫林和我的股四头肌都非常紧绷，hamstrings and hip flexors,so we focused on working these.
金妮看着我们的一举一动，一点也不松懈，她纠正了我们，确保每一次移动都准确执行。有时她会给我们一个指示，and neither of us were able to do it,所以她不得不改变自己的指示方式，比如“想象我要捏你的屁股”。真的很管用！!
My abs and glutes were burning,金妮几乎每场都在喊“5次以上”。我们完成了一些我在课堂上没有做过的动作，包括我最喜欢的一条腿站在改革者身上，用那条腿向后推，同时抬起另一条腿，做站立劈叉式动作。我们必须以最快的速度重复多次，当然是提高了心率。
